Location: At Salakphet Waterfall, east of Koh Chang.
How to get there: Driver along the road to the east of Koh Chang, left of Dan Kao Pier. When reaching Salakphet Crossroad, turn right to Ban Salakpher where the waterfall sign is seen. Drive about 2 km more along the asphalt road until reaching the parking area and walk for 20 minutes to the site.

The waterfall has two levels. The first level usually been visited is quite small having the water falling from the high cliff of 15 m high down to the basin. The second level has one line of waterfall and one basin shaded with large trees.

Additionally, there are some waterfalls of less outstanding beauty such as Klong Sib Ed Waterfall at the tip lf Salakphet Village in the deep jungle, Klong Nonsi Waterfall near Koh Chang Police Station which is like the small stream and Klong Chao Leum Waterfall only on the rainy season.

Location: West of Koh Chang near Klong Prao Beach under the responsibility of Koh Chang National Park Ranger unit (Klong Plu).
How to get there: From Dam Kao Pier, turn right to the west passing Klong Prao Resort.When you reach the crossroad with the sigh, drive along the asphalt road for 1.5 km and walk about 400 m to the site of Klong Plu Waterfall.

Klong Plu is the large waterfall to be visited in every season though having not much water in summer. It is the cool hiding place from the heat. Klong Plu will have full amount of water in the rainy season, the area of crystal clear water and wonderful sky.

It is the three level waterfall. The first level is the highest and also tourists’ most favorite area. The trail along the stream to the waterfall’s first level is about 400 m. where you will find the stone yard, the sunbathing area for foreign tourist. The second and third level is not popular in accordance with the long distance to reach.

Location: East of the island near Thanmayom Pier and Koh Bhang National Park Ranger Unit (Thanmayom).
How to get there: From Dan Kao Pier, turn left to the east passing Ban Klong Nonsi, Hospital, Koh Chang Sub District Office to the National Park Ranger Unit (Thanmayom) Continue walking about 300 m to the water-fall.

Thanmayom is Koh Chang’s most important waterfall of the old historical stories starting in the reign of King Rama V. Thanmayom is King Rama V’s favorite waterfall having the king’s name carver on the stone at the third level as well as the carver name of King Rama VI on the stone at the first level.

Thammayom is the four level waterfall of striking beauty in winter. The first level is about 300 m from the entrance, the second level of the popular swimming area and the third and fourth level are quite difficult to reach. So the guide will be necessary for the trip.

Thanmayom Waterfall: has four levels with water falling all year long popular in tourism because of its beauty with historical records try the visit of Kong Rama V. who were pleased with this waterfall and had his royal monogram carved on the cliff nearby.
