Wide Area of Coral Reef and Fish
A moderate size island not far from Koh Laoya, the owner of the clean reddish brown sandy beach of good swimming area. The perfect fishing place for the fishing lovers and also the best diving area, not too deep and not far from the shore. The most fertile area of Trat Sea to touch the beauty of coral reef or just relax lazily on the beach under the coconut paim.
Location: 12 km from Salakphet Bay of Koh Chang near Koh Laoya.
How to get there: Take the boat from Kaem Ngob Pier leaving at 15.00 hour taking about 3 hours. (one trip a day).
From Salakphet Bay, Koh Chang, rent the boat to Koh Wai or use the package tourof Salakphet Homestay Village.
Attractions: The outstanding attractions of Koh Wai are three beaches along the north of the island divided by rocks with the walkway passing those rocks and forest to each beach. The beach’s names: the central beach is called Pskarang Beach which is the location of Koh Wai Pakarang Resort, the northern and southern beach are called Paradise Beach, the same as Koh Wai Paradise Resort.
The central beach, the site of Koh Wai Pakarang Resort has the cream color sand of clean and clear water, good for swimming. The peaceful atmosphere shaded by coconut trees and the marvelous undersea world of colorful fish and coral reef.
The fertile sea in front of Koh Wai is widely known among the fishing lovers. They just stand at the bridge and can easily catch the fish. Around Koh Wai are some stone piles under the sea which are the home of fish.
Koh Wai is the perfect place for relaxation of reasonable price, also providing the boat service for tourists, the tranquil atmosphere with not many people.

The Beautiful Diamond of Trat Sea
Three islands sitting beside one another namely Koh Laoya Nai, Koh Laoya Klang and Koh Laoya Nok offering the so called “Beautiful Diamond of Trat sea”, the status which is really true. Its beauty is touched at first step to the island: the shady trees, very white clean sand as well as the sea of emerald color. Koh Laoya Nai and Koh Laoya Klang are connected by the wooden bridge like the relationship being straightened while Koh Laoya Nok is the owner of the terrific scenery though having no beach.

How to get there: By the package tour of Laoya Resort offering the boat service, accommodation, food and the tour program including diving ( 1 night/2 days or 2 night/3 days)
Attractions: Koh Laoya comprises 3 island, Koh Laoya Llang and Koh Laoya Nok.
Koh Laoya Nai: The center of Koh Laoya and the largest island with the most beautiful powdered sandy beach. It is Laoya Nai has the long beach stretching from the pier at the front of the island to the island’s head fronting Koh Laoya Klang. There is the coral reef in the sea not far from the shore and group of colorful fish, the area of the appropriate skin diving spot. Staying at Koh Laoya, you can relax or enjoy swimming which is worthwhile for your time.
Koh Laya Klang: Located at the farthest tip of Loh Laoya Nai. You can walk pass the hoses and restaurant of the resort near the beach to the wooden bridge connecting Koh Laoya Nai and Koh Laoya Klang. This wooden bridge is the charming area to take pictures among the beautiful romantic atmosphere. From the bridge at Koh Laoya Klang is the 800 m long walkway around the island that can see the view of many islands including Koh Laoya Nok. The large rock at the side of Koh Laoya Klang is the very good viewpoint to see the wonderful view of Koh Chang and Koh Klum.
Koh Laoya Nok: The island of on beach but only rocks and stones covered with forests. From the boat to Koh Wai of passing Koh Laoya Nok you will see a lot of large trees covering the island.
From Koh Laoya Nai, you can stroll across the wooden bridge to Koh Laoya Klang with the trail around the island for 800 m. The beautiful scenery of the island surrounded offers the warm feeling of never alone in the middle of the sea but having many islands as friends.
Strolling along the wooden bridge from Koh Laoya Nai to Koh Laoya Klang, the bridge not only for walking but also the seat to watch the school of colorful fish under the water. The best seat to relax for a while.
The beach of Koh Laoya Nai stretching from the pier to the wooden bridge having white clean sand rested side by side with the emerald sea like the sweet couple. It is the fine swimming area where you can spend all time relaxing.
The long and elegant Koh Chang stretching ahead of Koh Laoya Klang looking from the viewpoint at the large rock near Kih Laoya Klang. Koh Klum is also seen not far from this area. Koh Laoya Klang has no swimming area but offers the fantastic scenery.

The Marvelous White Sandbar
Location at the south of Kah Chang near Salakphet Bay, a small island of outstanding natural attractions created by the great creative of the world with the long sandbar stretching into the emerald sea. This very white clean sandbar is clearly seen during low tide, the wonderful creation without any islands to compare. Koh Sai Khao, the island of the most beautiful white clean sandy beach in Trat Sea.
Location: At the south of Koh Chang near Salakphet Bay.
How to get there: By using the package tour of Koh Sai Khao Resort. After transporting your car to Koh Chang by the ferryboat, drive to Jek Bae Village near Salakphet Bay where you can park your car and contact Sai Khao Resort for the speedboat to the island. It will take only 5 minutes. Or contact for the rented boat at Salakphet Homestay Village or from Salakphet Bay which will take not more than 15 minutes to Koh Sai Khao.
Attractions: The four islands’tour will start at Salakphet Bay of Koh Chang. The first destination is Koh Sai Khao, The beautiful island with the sand cape stretching towards the emerald sea. During low tide, the length of almost about 100 m to stroll along. It is the area of the most beautiful sand without any places in Trat Province to compare. From the cape further into the island is the shady area under the lines of coconut palm where the resort is located. Other remaining area is of high mountains amidst the dense jungle.
There is the path around the island built by the resort taking about 40 minutes walking to see some beautiful island nearby. From the plain near the sand cape, you will see Koh Chang, Koh Prao Nai and Jek Bae Village. If you walk behind the island, you will see the wonderful Koh Laoya and Koh Wai.
The long sand cape stretching for a hundred miters, the area of white clean sand and crystal clear water of the emerald sea where you can stroll along during low tide. Koh Chang is seen not far from this place.
Koh Sai Khao, the private island is opened for tourists providing the package tour service with accommodation at peaceful surroundings, very suitable for relaxation. It is convenient to reach by the boats from Jek Bae Village or Salakphet Bay taking only a few minutes to the island.
The scenic beautiful nature of white sandbar stretches towards the sea, looking from Koh Sai Khao Pier. It is the charm of the island.
Koh Sai Khao used to be called Koh Prao Nai nestled side by side with Koh Prao Nok. The island was called Koh (Ma) Prao because having a lot of coconut trees. But at present, tourists are accustomed to the beautiful sandbar which is the natural symbol of the island. This was the source of the name Koh Sai Khao meaning “The Island of White Sand”. However, local people are still familiar with the name Koh Prao.
Koh Sai Khao today still has delightful atmosphere of shany coconut trees and thelarge Malabar almond (genus Terminalia).
